My late client passed away intestate (without a will), and as a
result, their estate is now considered unclaimed. According to
the law, once a prescribed period has passed, the assets of a
deceased person may be classified as "bona vacantia," meaning
they have no known heirs.

You share the same surname as my late client, which is why I am
